We are happy to announce that Governor Sisolak has allowed phase one re-opening and we are allowed to open in the first phase as well. We understand how stressful it has been to stay at home and most of you would like nothing more but to get out to nature. Now that the Natural Parks are re-opening with some limitations, we are here with all of your RV needs. Please check your destination sites for restrictions and limitations. Our top priority is the safety of our valued renters and our team members, so we have taken some steps to ensure everyone’s safety. Those steps are as follows:
- We deep clean all of our units after each renter inside and out, top to bottom.
- We use chlorine based disinfectant for every surface inside and out, that is included, but not limited to all cabinets inside and out, bathroom, kitchen accessories, handles, light switches, ceiling lights, control panel, windows, tables, floors etc.
- We use non-chlorine based commercial grade disinfectant chemicals to spray all seating chairs and couches (including driver and passenger seats) window coverings, pillows etc.
- We take out,wash all sheets, towels, blankets etc. regardless if the renter used it or not.
- To be able to keep the social distancing at the time of the pick up, and drop off we are asking everybody to leave their baggage outside of the office.
- We are encouraging, (but not requiring) every renter to use face masks or covers when they enter our office.
- We are limiting to maximum of 2 people of your group to come inside to fill out the rental forms and do the walk through of the RV with our team member.
